This premium genuine Caribbean rum is made by distilling sugar cane. It is matured for 12 years in fired European oak barrels.
The oak itself must have grown for more than 100 years and the wood for the barrel must have been naturally dried outdoors for at least 2 years.

Execution takes place exclusively in wooden vats.

In the aroma we can smell caramel and vanilla. The flavour reflects smoky oak and honey. The finish is complex with hints of spice and chocolate.
