Apricot RESERVA is a genuine fruit spirit produced by 7-stage distillation on Arnold Holstein's unique distillation equipment.

It achieves its characteristic purity thanks to water from the Tatra springs and its fineness is obtained by filtering the distillate at a temperature of -9 C.

Aging and aging takes place in French oak barrels and vats.

RESERVA Apricot is a 100% natural product.

The drink is characterized by a unique delicate and smooth sweetish taste with undertones of almonds and oak wood.

The secrets of preserved traditional recipes and state-of-the-art production allow us to enjoy this harmonious work and bring pleasant pleasure to body and soul.

Spišská pálenica is exceptional for its design and state-of-the-art technology used in the production of spirits. The distillery has two stills with a capacity of 2 x 1200 l. In 24 hours we are able to process 14 400 litres of fermentation on both plants, which represents 1 800 - 2 400 litres of 50% distillate. As a matter of interest, with the continuous operation of the distillery, this allows us to process up to 5,256,000 litres of kvass per year. The distillery is multi-stage, which is reflected in the distillates, which are of higher quality and purer.

In the premises of Spišská pálenice we have wooden casks with a volume of 300 litres, where our spirits are aged. The storage capacity of distillates in oak 300l barrels is 150 000 litres. In Spišská pálenice we have also installed French oak wood tanks, which have a volume of up to 35 000 litres. We have five such tanks. Into these tanks, the spirits are pumped from wooden casks and then stored in the tanks for several months to allow the flavours to mature and the spirit to mature.

The entire production process is based on an automated production system. This means that workers in the production process act in a controlling manner. The main activity is carried out using a programmed system. This has made the whole production process easier for us, from processing through fermentation to distillation.
