Represent Rum 5YO black is a genuine Caribbean rum, which is produced by distilling sugar cane in a copper pot still. The product is aged for a minimum of 5 years in 300 litre barrels made from American white oak grown at an altitude of 800 metres above sea level.
Blending takes place exclusively in wooden oak vats, which are made from European oak that grows at an altitude of 800 metres above sea level. REPRESENT Rum 5YO black has a slightly sweetish taste with fruity notes and a background aroma of cinnamon and vanilla.
